- Reservation and Payment Procedures

We provide On-line tour package reservation and Off-line payment methods for our customers.

If you ONLY want to book hotel rooms, please complete the Hotel Booking form, which will then be sent to our booking center in Beijing.We will respond to you within 24 hours.

Credit card information is not required for hotel reservation. We will book for you in advance and when you arrive you directly pay at the front desk of the hotel when you check out.

STEP 1

Carefully review the itinerary you selected and the Terms and Conditions before applying.

STEP 2

Please use the Reservation Form or fax it to us at 86-10-6336-0577. We will normally confirm your reservation within 48 hours.

STEP 3

Please Wire Transfer the non-refundable deposit (100 U.S. Dollars) upon receipt of our confirmation. The balance of the tour payment is due for 4 weeks prior to the departure date. If this balance is not paid in time the company reserves the right to treat the client's booking as cancelled. When a reservation is made within 4 weeks prior to departure date, full payment should be made upon confirmation of the reservation.

Bank Information for wire transfer will be given upon enquiry

STEP 4

A Letter of Confirmation, a detailed itinerary or service list, together with the confirmation code will be sent you when the full payment is received.
