Unicom's IP Telephone Service leverages the company's IP network which is linked with the Internet and other telecom networks to provide customers with international and domestic long-distance telephone service. Unicom's IP Telephone Service is characterized by convenient use and cheap rates. Users can make long-distance calls and send long-distance faxes on any dual-tone telephone/fax machines.

The face value can be RMB30, 50, 100 and 200, etc. The card must be used within the stated valid period on the card. The call charges are automatically billed to the face value until the balance becomes zero. The service is terminated when the balance is not sufficient even for a cheapest call. No registration of owner, registration for loss or refill is available for such card. When purchasing the care one can ask Unicom to verify if there is any plagiarism happened to the card purchased.
