Xiamen,
China's cleanest, most beautiful, seaport
city, is located on the southeastern coast
of Fujian Province. It has always been an
important trading port, but since its establishment
as one of China's first four Special Economic
Zones in 1981, Xiamen has become a "window
city" for China's opening to the outside
world. Xiamen and its surrounding countryside
offers spectacular scenery and pleasant
tree-lined beaches.
Located
in the northwest of the city, the Mandarin
Hotel is a 30 minute drive from the
airport, railway station, city center
and the major scenic spots in the town.
As such, this is perhaps not the most
convenient location but transport facilities
out here are good .
The
Gold Coast Hotel is located in the heart
of the commercial area in Xiamen, close
to the municipal government and Yuandang
lake. It is 10km from the airport and
4km from the railway station.
The
Lushan hotel is situated in the
industrial area of Xiamen near the
Blossom Exhibition Center, only
a 10 minute drive from the international
airport and 5 minutes from the railway
station. The hotel is also adjacent
to Xiamen's major shopping area.
